Is "TA" consider a clan ?

If it is - ALS do not accept double clanning of any kind. No member of ALS Should be double clanning,

If its NOT - If "Ta" is consider a Club then yes your welcome to join ALS, No tryout needed enough seen. You seem to be a mature guy and willing to learn and respect. And dont worry about the mic its not mandatory but getting one would be pretty cool and helpfull for scrims and battle..

TA isn't a clan, its a club. If its a clan, than half are members would leave. And you know your in it.
